Ar15 trigger pin problem.

I've put maybe 30 AR lowers together but this one is whopping my ass.

The trigger pins wont insert. I've lubed the pins, I've used punches to guide, tapping , squeezing and the damn pins wont go.
The trigger allows the pins to go through, the lower does as well. It's when the trigger, dis-connector are inserted that it seems to not align up. A smaller roll pin punch trough the whole assembly is a go, but a pin of proper size is a no go. I had to put things down after fighting it for 45 minutes, otherwise everything would fly out the window....

Any tricks you use or ideas???

I've got a Geissele slave pin that holds the trigger/disconnector together and makes things way easier. If you can meet tomorrow around John's Creek I can take care of you.

Got it. The disconnector spring didnt compress enough to align all the holes. Reason being I had it upside down. The big end goes down...duh...
