Are members allowed to post a gun they don't even own?

i just got a trade offer from someone who is about to win a auction on a glock and wants to trade it before he even owns it or has it in his possession. Is this against site rules? If so should I leave bad feedback

I agree...bad form, but these days who knows what proper trading etiquette is.

I've got a S&W 27-2 that is on its way to my FFL...but I'm not trading it before it gets here.

I've offered a trade before I've received the weapon but made it absolutely clear the trade hasn't gone down yet. And the user told me the other day he has enjoyed the said gun and its ran flawless. Bottom line I think honesty is the best policy.
