Are their any wine/cider makers on here

I make Hard Cider in 5-6 gallon batches in a carboy. not very sweet, but nice tart apple with a good kick. I don't like the sugary options as much.

Have also made Traditional Honey Mead, which is crazy sweet, and a Cranberry Cider that was....interesting, but alcoholic.

Me and a few others made some elderberry/blueberry mixed wine last year. It wasn't bad. Do you use yeast?

Yeah, I float it on a slice of white bread.

i make beer sometimes but i have been known to let it lay a little to long and have to make do with what i got.bummer, but oh well it'll keep my injectors clean if need be,
