I make Hard Cider in 5-6 gallon batches in a carboy. not very sweet, but nice tart apple with a good kick. I don't like the sugary options as much.
Have also made Traditional Honey Mead, which is crazy sweet, and a Cranberry Cider that was....interesting, but alcoholic.
