Let me make it clear, that neither one of us "waived" guns around, and we were all the way in the back parking lot with no one really around. Maybe, maybe 10min max at the location. So, this had to be a "omg guns" panic call.

Officer was REALLY cool about it once we showed our permits to him. Big props to Madison Police Department, they have some good people on the force. Heck, we were invited to stay and stick around.

Sorry, no drama. It was a great experience.

OK, I just made it home , WHEW ! Drama at walmart ! MAN!, GUNZ a Blazin, lead flyin everywhere all over one stippled high point and a loaded clip. HDfenz is just lyin cause they threw him on the ground and gave him a full body cavity search in front of everyone.

Not really.. Detained does not mean arrested under the 4A. it was just a seizure, and/or frisk, not an arrest. They probably just got Terry stopped, in which case is completely legal as long as the officer can articulate reasonable suspicion.

In Georgia "an actual touching with the hand is not required for an arrest"I.E. detained for questions/Investigation. I think people confuse arrest with custody.
