ATI GSG 522-SD question

I'm looking at possibly picking one of these up to have a different flavor in the .22 LR department. I've got a couple of 10/22's and really want something that'll hold up and eat the cheap stuff.

So.....

Is it reliable?
Will it eat the cheap bulk pack ammo?
Can it stand long range trips?

If anyone with hands on experience has answers I'd be excited to hear them.

When it comes to bulk pack ammo, I've found that most guns (including the GSG) prefer to shoot Federal. I've owned a GSG-5, and while it's well-built, it's a huge pain in the ass to disassemble. Tiny screws and bolts everywhere. I'll stick to my M&P 15-22, 10/22, etc.

I shot the gsg. The one we shot was kinda picky. I've heard horror stories about cleaning them. That's why I bought the Hk mp22. Its simple to clean and.eats everything! Look into one of those.
