To my non calibrated eye I'd say that is an ME 4 or 5. They could stay in service up to a 6 or 7 but you ain't gonna win any shooting contests.

Are you near anybody with Gauges? You may need a new barrel. Most of mine are ME 1 to ME2+ and shoot great.
