Check with your insurance agent. He/she probably has one in the old Rolodex. I'm assuming it's to appraise a not so average car but maybe antique or import?

What kinda car are you looking to get appraised (classic, import, etc.). A buddy of mine had to do this to export a car and may still have the number for a classic car appraiser
