Have you ever had a baffle strike with this setup?
I’ve always heard that the 545 round wobbles coming out of the muzzle.
Century Arms I believe is mostly responsible for this myth. Century had used some 5.56 barrels on some tantal builds and some of their M74 builds. Out of a dozen or more 5.45 rifles I’ve owned I have never experienced tumbling or keyholing.
No probs.
5.45 don't wobble and is very accurate out to 400 yards in a rifle.
Some 5.45 weapons were built using a 556 barrel and those had instability issues and keyholed.
KK brains say it's a narrower strap with single hook and I prefer a 1986 ink stamped strap like the drop bag are marked, if those straps even exist.
I need a correct drop bag and cleaning kit too.
I have a (10) cleaning kit in the stock storage bag now and it works, I just want a correct tula kit.
I will let you know what I run across!
