I was on a Funeral Detail yesterday in Clanton AL for a Retired Soldier that was to be laid to rest. After I presented the Military honors and the ceremony concluded, We were on our way back to Fort Benning and decided to stop at the local Bass Pro in Prattville AL. I wanted to see about AR Comp powder and to rounds and possibly upgrading my Reloading kit. I walked into the sections and they had ZERO powder on the shelf or in the back. They wanted 45.00 for 20 rounds of 9mm Luger+P rounds and 400.00 for a Lee Reloading Rock Chucker Kit.

The had some boxes of 20 rounds of Rem .223 for 38.00

All I could say was wow!

I got a $25 gift card when I joined the NRA. I stopped at the one in Macon on the way back from Florida and was shocked at the prices. I wanted an Otis cleaning kit that sells at Academy for $49 and Amazon for $42, It was $79. I bought some targets and left.
