Be careful whom you dis

Beware, some of the romper-room, toddler trash I see on this site would keep scores of lawyers busy filing briefs.

They have already mostly done away with the 4th, why not do away with the 1st.

So where in the first does it say you have the right to say what you want anonymously? A person has the right of free speech, but that does not mean they should not be held accountable for what they say.

Please refer to my sig line.

Why does everyone assume that what was said wasn't legitimately defamatory? In todays world, if someone talks **** about you, you can't just do the simple thing and go beat their ass for saying it. Legal recourse is the only way to handle it now. If someone said things in public that hurt my reputation....and were untrue ;), you better believe I'm going after them. Especially if it negatively effects my business reputation. This judgment simply says that a keyboard commando can't hide behind their computer anymore. Don't you think a man should be held responsible for the things he says?
