Anyway, to the OP, calling a person a pedophile, and certainly depending on context, I can certaintly see how it's grounds for a defamation claim. I don't know the actual conext (if anyone has a link it might be interesting to read) but a liberal judge in Philly ruling in favor of a union... well..... what are the odds?

Well, they dissed a person by their name. I think you can't call anyone anything if they are anonymous as well.
