Bear Hunt

Trim away all the fat and muscle membrane, then marinate it in milk overnight. That breaks down the enzymes (or whatever) that give it the gamy taste. Fat content varies from animal to animal. Cook a small cut in a pan. If it's too greasy, boil it, as mentioned already and skim the fat off the water.
 
Key is to put the meat in a cooler with ice, drain it daily and refill with ice for a week. This will get all the blood/ game taste out of it.
I do this with deer meat for a little less then a week. I don't know why I didn't think to try it.

Everything is good if you can cook. I'll take it if you don't want it. Gut it. Pack ice to cool it down and I'll be there within a couple of hours.
I will keep you in mind for sure. I also reached out to The Fallen Outdoors to see if a local Vet would be interested in it.
