I kind of lean towards the Benchmade too, but the Spydercos have some good looking blades as well....

I just don't like that giant hole the spydercos are known for. I like sleek and slender blades.

I just can't get past the cheap feel of the high priced Benchmades.
Although I like the H&K combo auto.

I also prefer the Benchmade handles for the most part, although the Spydercos have some neat special project knives....

I own a few of each and both are equal in terms or quality. Both use excellent steels for the most part. All depends on what your needs are, IMO.
