I'd suggest you go to the local cruise-in and shows. When you see work you like ask more information. Whether turn key jobs or farming it out you'll see who does good work. That's what I did.

Depending on what specifically you wanted done, Forsyth County Customs in Cumming modernizes older cars with later model performance drivetrain, suspension, etc. I've seen a few of their cars and they look pretty jam up. I'm not sure that they do restorations though.
