Best factory knife (edc) brand

Lately, I am buying from other countries and they are really nice knives…. All these well known brand made in the US, I think they’re overcharging on their prices. For examples, Benchmades, why a pocket knife is $250 bucks? “Me no buying it!”
You can buy the knocks off's on amazon right now for around $30 for any of them. Many claim to have D2 steel (I'm a big fan of D2 blades) but most advertise with the CR steels which are ok at best you just have to strop them on leather after each use to retain the edge. I plan on getting the knock off Bug Out and the Adamas both
Mini Bug Out $17.99
Adamas D2 $38.99

Some pricey, some cheap. My taste run all over the place. Probably should have collected one manufacturer and stuck with them.

Since Blade Show is coming up, what are your favorite factory knives. Let’s say between 100 to 250 in cost.

I have many Benchmades, Spydercos, and other companies. I have one microtech and just got a Protech god son today. Considering the kershaw live wire next. My fixed blades are Gerber, esee, and several from TKell knives.

I got a Livewire as a gift, I love it. I actually like it better than the Microtech Ultratech I used to own, I traded that one for a Citizen watch that I later sold.

I've got quite a few pocket knives that I rotate as an EDC, my main two EDC knives are a Rick Hinderer XM-24 and a Zero Tolerance 0350. I use my pocket knives to cut, I don't use them as prybars or to turn screws with so I don't mind spending a little extra. For the money, the ZT is a great pocket knife!

I had been wanting a ZT 0350 Tiger Stripe for years and I finally saved up and bought one about 2 months ago. This thing is built like a freakin’ tank and scary sharp right outta the box. A little big compared to knives I normally carry but dang I like this knife! I had been carrying a Kershaw Launch 3 auto for several years but I’ve been carrying the ZT since I got it.

My favorite thus far. I can understand why some may favor something lighter. To some, they may appear to be a bit overbuilt but, that’s why I like it.

This ^^^^^^^ 100%

It’s a little bigger than it looks, I’m not a big guy but I do have big hands. :becky:

I love my Benchmade knives. If any of you out there can help me find one of the discontinued knives I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking for a mini infidel 5750 automatic with a satin blade.
