Check Overstock.com for "case lots." You might find 6, 8, 10 or 12 knives packed in a plain cardboard box for stores that will put them in a display case.

Engraving can get expensive, and a "specialty" engraver is hard to find.
Many jewelers only do tiny writing and cost a fortune.
Most trophy shops only want to engrave flat aluminum plates......
Look for an "industrial engraver" who can handle a 3-D surface like a knife blade; they are also reasonably priced.
