Are you saying the rules say the bucks have to be 140 inch net not gross ?

A friend of mine killed this in south east Ohio. He knew he was there for two years and finally got lucky . It takes 140 to make Ohio big buck. What do you think?

I'm guessing 172" gross before deductions. Very nice and rare true 8 pointer.
