Congrats! Showing a DL or ID is required to purchase. You must show it to the clerk. He/she does not work for the State.

The State License required to sell alcohol automatically makes anybody working at the establishment a "State Actor", thus they are legally "representing" the State. The same goes for tobacco sales.

LOL! I bought a gun from a seller recently. He wanted to see a GCWL, so I showed it. I didn't ask to see his ID and I didn't take his plate number. You guys are just paranoid IMHO. Be careful prepping, they are out to get you!
