Only saw a few turkey this morning.
Saw nothing this afternoon until right before dark. I heard something coming down the hill pretty quick. Turned out to be a huge bear. Much bigger than any of the others I have seen around here. Passed by at about thirty yards. Sure glad he didn't come put his paws up on my tree like the one a few weeks ago... Made sure to make a lot more noise than usual walking back to my cabin after I came down....

I was out camping overnight Fri to Saturday. East of Cartersville, near the Pine Log WMA (but not on it). I expected to hear gunshots at dawn.
Didn't hear a single shot until about noon. Only heard two shots all day, until 3 p.m.

I am out of doe urine and I caught a fish in a creek no less this afternoon. Zero deer.
Been a tough day hunting, me and @Anniegetyourguns were in the woods from daylight till dark. Maybe tomorrow something will slip up.
