This was thirty years ago but my buddies use to go to Mexico and fill their suit cases with that stuff. You pay a doctor 100 bucks and they would write you a script. Then for the good stuff they bought from a Veterinarian right over the counter. They would bring back Laurabolin ( Deca Durabolin ), Metandiabol ( injectable D-Bol ), Sustanon 250, Sten, and a couple others. I would use a base of Laurabolin over the course of the whole cycle but gradually increase the dose and gradually reduce the dose as I tapered off that. Then a shot of Sustanon 250, 2 pre loaded shot every week and stack the D-BOL 2 **** a week. I would get so pumped it was rediculous. I would gain 25 lbs or raw lean muscle.
One time I ran into a bottle of Korean Anadrol 50. That sh*t is real hard on the liver because of what is known as ( the first pass ) which initial digestion and run through the liver for the first time. My arms exploded on that stuff. Even with all that it wasn't even close to what the pros regimine looked like. I was going light.
I was under a 75 year old docs care and I told him so he did all sorts of test to make sure I was ok. I also did 3 months on and 3 months off. You have to take a break to allow the body to return to it's correct hormonal axis.
I would get real depressed when I came off for about a month. My doc would prescribe the anti-depressant. It was the one everybody made fun of back then but it worked like a charm.
I am in no way condoning the use of them now. Most of what you find is counterfeit or is made in bathtubs. I knew what I was getting because I got them straight from the guys buying them. My prostate is the size of a grape fruit from BPE ( benign prostate enlargement) a side effect of androgen use. Right when I started to lay off weight lifting most of what you could find was fake. I stated to pick golf back up and was to big so I leaned down to about 210-215. I didn't look that heavy but your bone density gets thicker and your shoulders get wider and that will never go away.
Even though I went to the doctor and cycled on and off and was as safe as I could be the effect of the heavy weight has taken a drastic toll on my body. I have osteo arthritis in my knees, hips, back and recurring pain in my rotator cuff a which I blew out early in my building because you get strong so fast your tendons can't keep up. I would wake up crying it hurt so much. If Is strain it these days I have to keep that arm in a home made sling. The damage is irreversible and agonizing. If I had to give you any advice it would be to gradually build up and don't do max lifts at all. Use lighter weight and lift till failure. That way it doesn't God smack you later in life. I also have one disc that is gone and the ones above and below are hurniated.
Just be careful and make wise decisions. I didn't and I am paying for it everyday of my life now and it's only going to get worse.
Just an example my left knee just gives out all the time and I hit the floor. Every now and the I will hyperextend and go backward on steps and it dangerous. All that pain and danger is due to ignorance in my youth. If I had it to do over again I would have never picked up a weight bar. I would have done more cardio and just stayed healthy. Take this for what it's worth and try to learn something from my pain.

I heard that.
I love lifting weights but not like that. At 55 too old for that anyway.
