* BOLO stolen gun thread.... *

I’m not victim blaming, and I know a safe will only slow people down. Did he have them in a safe? I hope he can recover his loses.

They were in a safe, unfortunately it was an "inside" job. Along with the guns being stolen about 30 grand in cash was also stolen and some jewelry. Just horrible situation.

Got 2 odd ones to add to this BOLO list:

2 different Daisy model 499B bb guns. These aren't some walmart Daisy guns, these are competition grade you can only buy direct from Daisy. They're my son's competition guns and we're stolen from my truck about a month ago.

1 gun I do not have a serial for and it's only distinction is the buttstock and foregrip are painted OD green. Pictured below.

2 gun has wood stocks, but they have been weighted. This gun is serial: lot #0616 002537. Serial is in pic below and it's unfortunately the only pic I have of this gun.

This thread confirms that leaving guns in the car is about the easiest way to get it stolen. Hope everyone gets theirs recovered.
True.

IMO 99% of us are guilty of leaving a gun in an auto , ( mostly at No Gun Places ) or for a short trip into a store .

I never leave my gun in my car overnight , since the age of 30. Guess my brain finally matured ???

That said , we should be able to leave our guns where we want but hey - we are in a fallen world .

Unless you have a “DEEP STASH” with a lockbox , steel cable , it’s definitely an easy way to get your gun stolen.
