I ordered 4 KCI Glock 17 Magazines on February 19 when it showed as in stock. Got an email on the 22 of February saying they were backordered. I cannot get ahold of them at all. Anyone get backordered with them before? Order number was

I got an email with a tracking number on Feb. 13. saying that my order had been shipped. I waited a week before I emailed them and then called the post office. The tracking showed that it had been picked up. The post office was finally able to tell me that Botach Tactical printed tons of shipping labels but only shipped about 1/3 of what they printed. Finally after a week Botach emailed me back saying basically the same thing. They charged my credit card. My order was for PMAGS and I still don't have a refund. I am going to contact my credit card company tonight.

Well dam, I ordered Glock mags & a light from them the weekend before last & had them within five days. My items weren't back ordered though.

I placed an order for 10 pmags in Dec. when they were still "in stock". A month later they said they were capping my order at 3. I cancelled the order last week...figured I was never going to get them anyway.

Not the best experience, nor the worst, but I'll send my business elsewhere in the future.

Pretty much what happened to me... I ordered when it was in stock, then no bueno

Never had a back order but have ordered numerous times from them and never had any issue..have always received my stuff within 4-5 days.

Charged my card on an order that was supposedly shipped, never got it,couldn't make contact with them, it took 5 weeks to get it straitened out and get a refund, had to pay the credit card company and let them credit on next tatement. Won't be ordering there!!!!
