I ordered a KCI glock 21 27 round mag on 11-17-12 got an e-mail that it was backordered on 11-21-12. Still haven't heard anything else from them about it.

I had only 1 experience with Botach recently ordering Pmags. They were shipped & at my door 4 days later! I had a good experience, however, it definitely sounds like they are having trouble keeping up with the volume of orders & contacting their customer regarding delays. Good customer service is harder & harder to come by and is truly priceless!
they have an EBAY store...if the item is also listed on the EBAY store you'll get it. if not, they are hit and miss.
I bought a set of night sight for my glock and I didnt get any message from them until I called and left a voice message. This was 5 days later after they charged my debit card. I got an e-mail about 2 hrs later saying that the night sights were on backorder and no estimate on when they will receive it. I canceled the order right away.
I understand the current craze over firearms and the accessories but they should higher more people.
I placed 5 orders through them last year. The first 3 were for Glock magazines and AR parts. They all arrived quickly. The last 2 were for pmags. I cancelled the first one after 60+ days, the second one is still backordered (placed in November, when the magazines were showing in stock).
Have placed 3 orders. The first took 6 weeks (PMags). The second (27rd G21 Mag), 90 days and waiting (no charge so far), and the third, a G22 mag, arrived in just a few days. Good luck.
