Do I need to ship it to my ffl or can it come straight to my house?

Bought from CMP it can come to your house. Bought from a dealer or individual it needs to go to an FFL in your state of residence where you will pick it up (4473).

What CQB27 said. If you are a member and have a customer number you can buy direct from the CMP (Garands, Carbines, 1903s, etc) and have them shipped to your door, without a C&R license or FFL.
