Fixed some biscuits w/sausage gravy and a couple of scrambled eggs the other night.

Man I love a good fried pork chop!

I buy the thin breakfast chops. They're good any time of day; and make a great pork chop sammich. Just had a chop and egg sammich a couple of days ago.

Please tell me that the cheese melted eventually in the first pic. Otherwise, it looked great. I’m a big fan of breakfast food for dinner. My least favorite being scrambled eggs. HOWEVER, I’ve found that a Queso drizzle and Texas Pete can work wonders. Curious how a chicken fried steak side dish would work with it.

I *wanted* it to melt but it was a last second thought...I didn't get it on there in time lol

I like adding a little Buffalo Wing sauce to scrambled eggs before they go in the pan.
