The main two reasons this was not in place would be your 2nd and 4th Ammedments to the Constitution of the United States. This is not some petty civil rights violation. And, I will guarantee you that the former community organizer has thought of this and many other ways to strip you of rights that my family has died and bled to protect since the 17th century!

How to find out if YOU are on the US Terrorist Watch List
I asked my federal Congressman how to find out if I am
on the US Terrorist Watch List. Here is his reply:
...a representative from the Transportation Security Commission
said that the actual list is protected under various national security
laws and therefore cannot be released to the public. There is a
process called the Department of Homeland Security Traveler
Redress Inquiry Program. This program allows a person to make
an inquiry as to if their name is on the list, and why their name is
on it. The program rescans your name and then, if you were
wrongly put on the list, they will remove your name from the list.
My contact said that if you would like to find out of your name is
on the list, you can go to this link and submit an inquiry.

That means you're on it. Submitting an inquiry adds you to it.
