Broken Buck Knife

Some are still made domestically, a lot are now made in China. When in doubt, look at the markings on the blade itself. I've even seen a few where the packaging has the made in USA logo, but the blade is marked China.

I had not noticed that. Will have to take a second look at mine.

Buck is great for customer service, my dad sent in a knife covered in deer guts to get sharpened. They cleaned and sharpened it and sent it back with a nice letter saying please clean your knife before sending it to us

Lighten up, you have to admit that is pretty messed up/lazy to mail in a knife like that.

you used your cutting tool for prying and you want the company to warranty it? Hey when they lose tons of money because they send people like you new ones, you should go see if it can pry apart the 2x4s in your deck. Maybe they can upgrade you when they replace it again.

I sent my Buck folder of 40+ yrs sheath back..The snap had pulled out of the leather after many years of use..They told me the knife had a life time warranty, but the sheath did not..They sent me a black replacement sheath and charged me.......I liked the brown one I had..

Well stop beating the hell out of them..They have something for years now called,,are you ready,,,,,screw drivers, pry bars, punches, picks, and claw hammers with a nail remover..
