Yeah I must be doing it wrong because I never see those kinds of deals. I'm always looking for stand deals, but I've never run across them.
it also helps if you're talking to the guy running the booth or the owner if they happen to be there and not the dude who just happens to be working the booth. none of these folks want to pack the stuff up and take it back to the shop. some of the time they'll negotiate with you, usually on sunday, especially if you're getting more than one.
put your best used car buyer face on is sometimes helpful

Well I like the Millennium stands, and those things are always sold out. But I'll have to try and do a little haggling this year on the others.
