Agreed. Smith will always offer to inspect the weapon under warranty. All it will get you is a month or two without your gun in this case. They'll return it eventually and tell you that it's in spec. This is 100% an ammo related issue.This was done before it left S&W the first time. You are wasting your time and theirs. Buy some good ammo and don't give it another thought. There is no way this was caused by the pistol, it is 100% ammo related.
Brass Maxx is complete trash ammo. I shot through 300 rounds of it and had constant failures to feed. The rounds would not go fully into battery due to poorly trimmed brass that was hanging up in the chamber. I shot up what I had and swore I'd never buy it again.The problems I had with brass max was that the bullet wasn't crimped properly on 3 or 4 rds. The bullet would collapse inside the case causing it to jam.
