This is how is should look... That "blob" is the source of the red dot... Within slim line tube red dots, the projector for the dot is internal and shows within the tube... Just part of the design

Thanks for posting that picture. When mine get here, I would have wondered about that and asked if that was normal. Have to admit it looks kind of weird. So, are they like that on the TRS32 also?

do not know on the 32... Generally red dots with blocky "externals" allow for the dot projection to take place outside of the plane of the tube wall... Smaller profile one have to project from somewhere so you get the inclusion internally... Just over generalizing but would not want someone to send back a great red dot because they don't know that is not a blob of epoxy left there in error

I got mine in the other day and have zeroed them. They work great on my Benelli M4 and on my 10/22 however the high rise mount that came with one of them SUCKS! I put it on my AR and after about 50rds it was loose. I secured it good (I thought) I didn't like the way it felt going on anyways. Guess I'll order a new high rise mount. Any suggestions???

yes...medium is absolute co-witness and high gives lower third... I run the medium with 45degree offset irons
