Buyer Beware of Sky Guns International

I know companies do It but it is one of the dishonorable practices to do so because something can and will happen (1) sell something you dont have possession of yet (2) agree on a price and then raise it (3) agree on a delivery date and not fullfill it.

Word of advise Skygunint: Slow your role and preserve your honor because your numbers say you have done 9k in 6 yrs and then close to 8k in 90 days. Really

Pat least the guy at skygunsintl is trying. A lot different than just canceling the orders altogether which has happened I.e. brownells. Are we going to throw those guys under the bus? Nope. They're too big for us not to use em. Give the guy a break. It would be different if he didn't have the stuff listed on his website about time could be more or less. That's an out for him for sure.

My bad, that is 9000 retail units since June of 2012, we have produced nearly 4 times that as a manufacturer. The change in lower receiver is optional to try and get things out faster, everyone is free to wait and we are not "demanding" this change, it is an option. Our prime vendors have told us "any day now" for the past 2 weeks, so we wanted to offer an option. Although people are upset in this thread, bear in mind, our prime vendors receivers retail for $79.95 on our site when in stock, the PSA lowers and Superiors cost us the same as everyone else, $119.95 plus shipping. We are primarily a manufacturer, somewhat new to retail, but we build and retail our product on a cost plus 3% basis.

OK, I got it, it's fine to misrepresent something you are trying to sell, but no one can say anything about it.

You can say something about. IN PM. Not in their for sale ad. It was a label. Let it go man. My PSL is not a sniper rifle BUT if I give it to a army scout sniper... then it could be. Let that dead dog lie.

What's the difference between questioning this guys product, and questioning someone calling a rifle with a painted stock, a custom sniper rifle?

Again. this is not a ad listing a gun for sale. The OP feels that he was wronged. So he started a thread about it. Feel free to start a thread about people who paint guns and call them sniper rifles. Im sure its been done before.
