I think I found out why I like my Mosin Shawty? The ballistics seem to line up pretty close to 30-06… I could be wrong? I got a thing about 16” to 18” barreled 30-06 and 762x54

correct me if Im wrong but I have a vague memory of Walmart having Mosins in bulk and they literally had them in a damn trash can in the gun department. Just walk by and grab one out! Of course this was the late 80's early 90's but Im fuzzy lots of bourbon,beer and women since then sooooooo the details may be off.
