Thats funny because before I went to Best Buy I was at Walmart picking up some ammo and they had the bag of parts for $20 too but I knew Best Buy's price was $12. I wonder if they would have matched their online price?

Are the vortex scopes any good? They are about half the price right now on cabelas.
In for answer, I am looking at maybe the vortex crossfire II
I have Vortex Crossfire BDC 3x9x40 and love it. I chose it over Nikon and couldn't be happier. Crystal Clear and is very versatile.
I sold all my Nikon crap and replace them with Vortex viper series.
IMHO, they're the best scope in that price category.

I was looking at the V brite reticle but I dont think cabelas has it, Bass pro does though
