Wow. My Photojournalism instructor sent me this:
Selling a Poison by the Barrel: Liquid Nicotine for E-Cigarettes

If you take time to read it, you'll see a lot of bias (can you believe it?) in quotes like:

And

What the article doesn't address is how many people have come off cigarettes altogether...

Yep, they make booze in alot of the same flavor profiles and I wonder if these crusaders have ever fought against the posion that is put in toothpaste.
I can see it now National Campaign to end flouride toothpaste for kids. These people have nothing better to do and the Government wants their cut of the revenue generated by the e-cig craze.

Of course they do ... as the income from cigarettes decreases, they will be looking for the next thing to tax. I give it 6-12 months before nic in e-juice is taxed.

yup, taxing it goes somewhere between ingraining fear based on deception to win voters and using the fda to approve lobbied suppliers -- we all know who they are :tinfoil3:

The muchy-mucks need their money and e-cigs are cutting into that. Big Tobacco is Big Money so they're big in the Lobbying world.

As fast as these are growing in popularity, I can see it. And a hefty tax at that.

Surely you jest! It's as if you believe the government would do something that is more in the interest of their wallets than the people...
