Calling all E-cig / "Vapers" .... what do you vape??

I want to give vaping a try to see if I can drop the real smokes. Anyone have any recommendations for a good quality entry level vape setup without dropping $200-300 to get going?

You can get started for about $100 with an eGo or similar style starter kits that come with nearly everything you need; finding a juice you like is the key though. Vaperite and awesomevapor are where I get all of my stuff; they both have staff on hand to explain everything you need to know and won't try to up-sell you.

As Tx mentioned, stopping into a store, (or meeting up with one of us) is the easiest way to learn about all of the different options.

Once I found the right combination, I quit cigs the same day. You can step down the nicotine content as you go and ween yourself off altogether.

Is there a good site to learn what the heck you guys are talking about? All the specific terms and abbreviations make no sense to me.

I should have said you can get started for under $100 as most of the decent kits are around $50-$75, but by the time you add in juice and some of the extra replacement parts, you will be at around $100.

With anything, you get what you pay for, so if you think you will be vaping for a while, it's best to spend a little more up front for better quality / more options

I like the lava tube v2. I would say get variable voltage for sure. A lava tube starter kit is about $140. And that includes everything you need. To get started. Sold by volcano e-cigs.

the variable voltage is a sound advice but I'd stay away from Volcano e-cigs. I've experienced first-hand that Mr. Shadow and his crew are the worst when it comes to CS. He'll be boppin and weaving if you (God forbid) end up shipping your rig for a warranty replacement. I haven't dealt w/ them in over 18 months so I'm not even sure if he's still running that place. just sayin'.

i tried that e cig crap. my favorite was peanut butter. (im a fatty)
got more addicted to it than cigs. would do it in bed, middle of the night, bathroom, kitchen, car, everywhere that cigs were off limits to me.

it was worse than smoking.

that's because you're not getting the right nic level. the higher the nicotine, the less you vape and the more you satisfy your craving.
bump your nic and give it another spin, you'll be amazed.
