got my mt baker order...........currently steeping..... a few were crystal clear and didnt seem like they really needed it but doing it anyway after all the reviews. got sent some butterscotch too that smells delicious.

only had my order for a day and im already dying to try some..........the lightning smells like straight mentol but is supposed to have other flavor. Only 1 week and 6 days before i wont wait any longer lol. Do you guys steep with the caps off the full time or just partial? Iv never had juice iv had to steep more than 8 hours before.....
I steeped my Mt baker for 3-4 days with the caps & tips off, then another week with just caps off. I used mine from the day I got them; their cinnamon bun and sticky bun were pretty good from the start.
After only one day with the tips and caps off and shaking, they all smell pretty good. Just a couple that seem like they could use a bit more but that butterscotch can be smelled as soon as you enter the room. only reason im trying to wait the recommended time on their website is because i dont want to judge to early.
I hear ya; I haven't had a "bad" flavor from them yet, just some I like more than others. Butter toffee didn't do it for me, so that one is on the back shelf serving as "emergency back-up / oh crap I ran out before my order came in"
I need to make another order in the next few weeks, but I'm kinda missing that RY4X4 from FlavorZ by joe - may have to suck it up and pay the $8/bottle
