Its extra flavoring, it's mixed in before they ship it. I've only done 1 extra shot in mine so far and seemed good to me, but, may try more on the next order just to test
Correction: My 236ml bottle had 2 extra flavor shots; might try 3 or 4 on the next order

Yea I had to close off the air flow from the bottom and drill out the top cap. But for ten bucks it's OK. I'm running through about, 250 ml a month but that Is max vg. If I was still using 50/50 it would be a ridiculous
