That's the thing with a BGE, Kamado Joe or any ceramic grille but they absolutely cannot use lighter fluid. **** ruins them grills. I've held 500 temp on the egg for a solid hour beforeSome folks like to keep it blazing with lighter fluid, steak tastes like an oil rig fire.
