Calling to check on status, what do I need?

I was thinking the other day it must surely be time to get one of my suppressors out of jail. Sure enough, the paperwork says I put it through in July of last year. Haven't heard ANYTHING from the shop (Bullseye).

So my questions are as follows:
What number do I call to check this with the ATF?
What info will they require?
Yes, I will also be calling the vendor, but I am anticipating their usual level of customer service, so I'm looking for next steps.

Any assistance would be appreciated by this noob.

I would call Bullseye for sure, ask for jeremy I believe.

Make sure you have your Form 4 in hand when you call. All the information they will need is on that.


If you call Bullseye, talk to Jeremy. He should know about it.

The above is correct. Call that number, say you want to check on a form 4. Give serial number, your name/trusts name, and who it's coming from.
