I did the shipping get and switching gAmerican and always ended back at state Farm
They are easy to make claims and deal with
I have ever local branch I use and can walk in anytime during the week and ask what ever
I can speak to someone that I can understand
Those others always jerks me around and can't understand most them

Been with USAA for years. Never had a problem.
It's funny listening to people biach and moan about their insurance company's claim service. They operate a business. If you owned stock in the company, would you want every claim paid to the max? Find an independent agent. You'll usually get better, more personal service, and they represent more than one insurance company.
its a service that is required and when there is no liability on your end, your own insurance company should not give you **** ever if you make payments
they should mitigate payments on the liability end, that makes sense, but when its a refusal for UM or medpay from your own insurance company then its pretty ****ed up (unless you are trying to scam them)
Auto Owners cant be beat IF you have a superior driving record and excellent credit like myself 
This. My independent agent shops around for me every year for home and auto and gives me multiple options of mixing and matching to get the best coverage for the cheapest price. All I do is pick an option and pay the money and she handles EVERYTHING else.
