Does anyone know someone who installs chair lifts? My MIL had to move in with us. We refinished the basement, but she has trouble getting up and down the stairs. She can't go up and down without assistance.

So if you've had a chair lift installed, or knows someone who can do a chair lift installation, please let me know.

American Elevator in Suwanee 770 300 0011. Ask to speak to Travis, He will take good care of you.
When my MIL had to leave her home years ago, American Elevator, who had previously installed her stair chair, moved it from Lilburn and reinstalled it at our home in Lawrenceville. Excellent service.

Since it looks like you've got plenty of helpful serious answers already let me offer a suggestion that's a little off the wall...

TO GET DOWNSTAIRS:

AND TO GET BACK UP:

(Notice it's got a remote control !
But you could also plug it into the wall
thru the Clapper device that you see
for sale on late night TV.)
