Charcoal vs Propane

When it comes to grills, not talking smokers, do you prefer charcoal or propane?

Lump Charcoal if your grilling. Propane is used by women in the kitchen on their stoves.

I prefer charcoal. I like the flavor and I enjoy the whole process, which requires being a little more involved. There's no doubting the convenience of propane. However, there are many people I've known who didn't like charcoal mostly because they didn't know how to use it. You can often spot these people with their lighter fluid handy. Not trying to paint with too broad a brush because, in the end, it's just personal preference.

Man simply does not have one grill, he needs all fuel sources👍

I preferer charcoal!!!
however I also prefer speed as well....If I had to choose, I'd go charcoal all the time, however it's a simple matter of efficiency for me...I tolerate my propane grill, however LOVE my BGE
