Current residence vs moving

Many years ago, I purchased a small tractor and equipment at a moving sale.
The owners were downsizing and the buyers did not want to purchase the equipment.
The tractor and equipment were to be removed from the property before the closing date.

I would keep the sale of outdoor equipment separate from the sale of the home.

North florida and panhandle is nice. Anything south of ocala starts to turn into the typical florida beach tourist vibe. Central florida is still very rural. Just too close to everything so a lot of traffic from the gulf to the atlantic.

I live in alachua county. Very, very nice.

Sounds like the Villages in N. FL
We have an older lady friend who bought a second home in the Villages. Very nice amenities and activities, but when we visit, being around only seasoned citizens all day, every day, no matter how active, is just depressing.
Need a mix of ages. Even the little pests we have running wild on bicycles and scooters.

I sold a similar property with a tractor in the barn. The buyer met my price if I left it. Worked out well for both of us. It's probably worth more to the buyer than anybody else if you only want a realistic value for it. The whole bird in the hand analogy comes to mind.
