I don't think the Hipoint function problems are a problem with the gun, I think their magazines are Every one that I've seen that has a problem, the problem only occurs with certain mags. You would think that a company that casts their guns as if they were engine blocks wouldn't make their magazines out of recycled soda cans. I'm going to invent a replacement magazine that solves all the Hipoint reliability issues, and soon I'll be a thousandaire.

I bought one for 25 dollars. It had a broken extractor, no sights, and a broken saftey. Hi point had great customer service and fixed every issue for free. I then traded it to a gun store for a 150 dollar knife.
