I like horseradish but this sounds kinda funky...it's pretty good?

I never remember to add black pepper...if I can remember, I'm gonna try your horseradish idea. I'm intrigued.

I use to make my own chicken salad until I tried Ingles chicken salad. It's pretty darn good. They use the left over rotisserie chicken to make it.
