Found a few mags I no longer have guns for and need help identifying several.
Wanted to sell, but needed to better identify them first.
Turned to the pro group on the ODT.

If I remember correctly, they are Mini-30, Mini14 and FAL (which I am not sure).
Anybody that knows what variants they are or if the FAL is Metric/SAE from the pics, chime in.
The clear one will hold 10rds of 7.62x39 for sure.
Thanks in advance.

The ones with the most curve (left) have to be the Mini-30.... the 7.62x39 round forces that shape on mags. I'm guessing the top ones are FAL, since the lower-rights look like a fairly standard 223/556 shape.

BTW, those are all 'full' or 'standard' capacity mags, except the little 10-rounder... That's 'reduced' capacity. Nit-picking... Maybe, but once we let the enemy define the terms, the argument is halfway lost. The last thing we need to convey is that anything over 10 rounds is 'hi-cap'.

It was my understanding that the Mini's came stock from Ruger with "standard" 5 or 10 rd mags.
Is this incorrect?
Wouldn't that make the 30rd a hi-cap version?

Yup, you're right, anything above the factory 20-rounders would be 'hi-cap or extended for a Mini-14 or Mini-30. My bad there, I got sloppy.

The three FAL are metric they have the small lip on the front. I would be interested if you want to sell them.

The little raised vee bit on the top front edge of the mag?
That indicates "metric" make?
Just don't remember the rifles/mags as it has been many years.
