Clips

I'm surprised that people still use the word "clips" when describing magazines in the forums or the trading posts. I don't really point it out to the person because I just find it unnecessary and people are really defensive about their usage of the word "clips" for whatever reason, so I'd rather avoid an unnecessary argument. I do find it fascinating, though. I want to hear what the community has to say about it.

I mean, this is just a simple thread. If you actually go tell someone who's using the term "clips" that it's a magazine, the person in question tends to be quite defensive about it. I find that to be more so of a confrontational thing, whereas here, it's just a casual chat.
