The rim on the obverse still looks good no real dings I was trying to figure out if it was like a capped die strike or like the previous post said worth 5 cents. Lol.

Looks like the die was cleaned, but the grease was not removed properly causing an improper strike. Not a capped die, the edges would look different, almost like a furl or wire rim on the edge. PM sent, I'd like to add it to my error collection.
 
I had a nickel once that was described as counter brockage. One side was smoothish looking but obviously struck the other side normal. Was told a worker could have put a piece of cloth over the die as the planchette was positioned.
