Cold weather got me started……..finally!

It has a nice stance to it now. Now that I think
about it a nice fuel injection 302 will make a nice cruiser. A big block would literally guzzle gas and a Sunday cruise would cost you 50 bucks. Like B basstracker89 and I, we would have to beef up the engine but that all comes at a hefty price and before you know it you have 20 grand in the motor. Being able to go out and start the engine and go for a nice cruise without having to worry about octane requirements would be a nice change. Just get the eye appeal stuff done and just enjoy the truck for what it is.
But, but he could really tow somethin with a big block. And burn outs, OMG!! G- force, go baby go!!! Hit a lick......yea!!! Nothin like getting the blood pumpin......

I drove it Mad Max style to get some break in miles. Went to the paint shop and my appointment is in 4-5 weeks. Put 65 miles on it so far and it’s been AWESOME, especially with the cooler weather. Feels good to know all this work is finally shaping up!

It’s been a great journey to watch.
As a master mechanic, I am impressed on the work you have done on this…..I have watched from beginning to now and I think you have been doing a great job !! You will have a great vehicle when done….and something that you can be really proud about.
As I have said over and over……good job !! :thumb:
