Hello everyone, I have a question and would like to getsome advice. I know someone that has aNIB Colt 6720 (it has a light weight barrel) for $800 even. He also has aNIB Spikes Tactical LE Mid-length for the same price. I know the Colt is worth more. I like the fact that the Colt is a good deal and has a lightweightbarrel, but I don’t like the fact it is a carbine length gas system. But on theSpikes I like is that it has a Mid-length gas system, and it has governmentbarrel profile (it’s alright for my liking, but prefer the lighter weight barrel), butit is not the better deal because it’s almost the same as market price. Which one has better quality than the other (it will be a "shooter")? Which one should I buy? And I can only buy ONE! Thanks!

P.S. I've had Colt's before so I kinda know their quality. But, I have never used Spikes anything. So I guess the real question is, is Spikes on par with Colt.

Colt all the way! The Colt will always hold value and the carbine gas system is proven to be good. Plus you get a real Colt AR instead of a mall ninja AR LMAO

I shall protect this mall

Both are of equal quality in my opinion, but the Colt will hold value WAY more, and Spikes got a bad rep for how the owner handled his "marketing" during the panic, and during a internet dispute with PSA.

My vote....Colt.
